The only portals of entry are the nostrils and mouth/throat. In a global epidemic of this nature, it’s almost impossible to avoid coming into contact with H1N1 in spite of all precautions.  Contact with H1N1 is not so much of a problem as is proliferation of the virus.

Do you have labs results with HIGH TRIGLYCERIDES? Is your conventionally trained physician just telling you to take drugs? Yikes! High triglycerides can usually be spotted even without lab tests because they look like belly fat, or the classic apple shape body.

Q: I’m not sure I am absorbing my nutrition.  I try to eat well; no alcohol, sodas or fried food.  Despite that I continue to gain weight, become hypoglycemic easily, have low energy and sometimes break out in hives.  My bowel function is all over the place.  Please tell me what I’m doing wrong — I have spent thousands of dollars on doctors already!
