New Fitness Guidelines for a Healthy Heart

Alaska’s Capital City Nixes Fluoridation

On October 2 the citizens of Juneau, Alaska voted to keep sodium fluoride OUT of our pure, glacial-melt water. It was a landslide victory (4800 to 1900). Yay! Sodium fluoride is not as bad as hydrofluorosilicate, but it’s still a waste product from the phosphate fertilizer industry. www.fluoridealert.org

Why did the chicken cross the road?

DR. PHIL:
The problem we have here is that this chicken needs to GET REAL and realize that he must first deal with the problem on “THIS” side of the road before it goes after the problem on the “OTHER SIDE” of the road. What we need to do is help him realize how stupid he’s acting by not taking on his “CURRENT” problems before adding “NEW” problems.
